Make the dough: mix flour, salt, and yeast
Place on a smooth surface and make a depression in the center
Dissolve the yeast in warm water
Pour the dissolved yeast mixture and melted butter over the flour, mixing delicately with a fork until all the flour is incorporated
Knead with your hands until you get a smooth dough that comes away from your hands
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Make the filling: mix all the ingredients well

Place the dough circles into an oiled baking dish
Distribute a spoonful of filling over each sfiha
