4 liters of water

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
While that's happening, fry the bacon in olive oil and butter until golden brown
Turn off the heat and reserve
In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, season with salt and black pepper, add the grated cheese and whisk until well combined. Reserve
When the water boils again, add the spaghetti and cook until al dente
Remove from heat and drain
Immediately, place the pasta in a bowl with the beaten egg yolk mixture and grated cheese
Mix until the pasta is well coated
Add the cooked bacon and serve immediately with more grated cheese.
