1/4 cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 kg of ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded, chopped or 2 cans of tomato pulp, chopped
1/4 cup of fresh parsley
500g of long pasta type spaghetti, cooked al dente
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of olive oil

In a pan with the olive oil, sauté the garlic and onion for 5 minutes
Add the tomatoes and cook at high heat until boiling
Season with salt and add the parsley
Mix the drained spaghetti with the sauce and serve immediately.
