2 1/2 cups of heavy cream
1/3 cup of chopped tomato sauce
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
300g of shiitake mushrooms, diced
8 cooked lasagna sheets (see page 87) and cut in half
2 well-chopped cloves of garlic
1 medium onion, well-chopped

In a medium skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in butter, stirring
Add the mushrooms and vinegar
Cover and cook for 4 minutes

Add the tomato sauce, salt, and heavy cream
With the pan still covered, let it simmer for 1 minute

Place two lasagna sheets on each plate
Top with sauce and then place another two lasagna sheets on top
Replenish with sauce and serve.
