6 cups of chicken broth made with tablets or granulated broth
1/2 cup of uncooked rice
3 eggs
1/4 cup of lemon juice
chopped parsley

Bring the water to a boil with the tablets or granulated broth
Add the rice, reduce heat, cover the pot and cook slowly for about 15 or 20 minutes until the rice is well cooked
Remove from heat
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs
Gradually add the lemon juice and beat well
Add 1 cup of broth
Slowly pour into the pot with the soup
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
