Let the beans soak for 2 hours
Put them in a pressure cooker with water level at 4 fingers above the grain marks
Cook for 20 minutes
Drain and reserve
In a frying pan, fry the bacon until golden brown

Saute the garlic and onion in the remaining fat
Add the beans, bacon, and paprika
