Wash and clean the green beans
Then, slice them into thin strips, like Swiss chard
Cook the green beans with water and salt
After they're well cooked, drain them
Fry the garlic cloves in olive oil until golden brown, remove from the pan and add the green beans and vinegar
Simmer and combine with flour
Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes until the mixture is creamy
Season with more salt if necessary
Serve 8 portions.
