3 yellow squash, cut into chunks
400g of prosciutto or smoked ham, cut into cubes
3 smoked linguiças, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Wash and dry the sage leaves
Wash and cut the yellow squash into chunks
Soak for 15 minutes in water and lime juice
Alternate the skewers with yellow squash, prosciutto or smoked ham, linguiças, and sage leaves
Brush the skewers with melted butter or margarine and fry in a skillet, adding water as needed to prevent burning
Serve with lime zest
Makes 8 skewers.
