Mix the seasoning ingredients together
Place the beef in the seasoning mixture and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours
Alternate placing beef cubes, tomato chunks, onion slices, and rosemary sprigs onto skewers
Brush all the skewer ingredients with the seasonings that the beef was marinating in
Grill or broil the skewers, turning them frequently and brushing with the seasoning mixture, until cooked through
