Wash and peel the onions
Set aside
Place the cut swordfish in a pressure cooker and cover with water
Bring to a boil and count 3 minutes after reaching pressure
Drain and set aside
Do the same with the onion
Moisten the barbecue sticks under running water and start building the skewers: wrap each swordfish cube with a slice of bacon and stick it onto the wooden skewer
Alternate swordfish cubes with onions
Build 8 skewers
Grill over charcoal until the swordfish and onions are tender and golden brown
During cooking, brush soy sauce over the skewers
Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve as an appetizer or with varied green salads.
