1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of all-purpose flour
2 cups of mashed potato
1 egg
Sauce
1 container of natural yogurt
1 cup of white cheese, cut into cubes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
1 cup of water

Combine water, salt, mustard, and butter in a pot and bring to a boil
Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, until it stops sticking to the bottom of the pot
Remove from heat, add mashed potato and egg, mixing well
Let cool
Shape into small patties, coat with flour, and fry in hot oil
Sauce
In a food processor, process yogurt, cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper
Sprinkle parsley on top
Thread 3-4 potato fritters onto each skewer
Serve with sauce.
