1 fillet or bell pepper of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
125g of butter or margarine
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 fillet or bell pepper of pepper

Cut the pepper into 2cm thick slices
Mix the garlic salt with butter or margarine
Heat it slowly until the butter melts
Brush each slice of pepper with the mixture, on both sides
Place in a baking dish
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese melts
Serve warm.
