Slice a thin layer off the top of the baguette, remove the crumb and toast it
Next, create a skewer with filet mignon, tomato, bell pepper, and garlic-chili, alternating them until all ingredients are used up
Fry the skewers on both sides in butter and place them in the bread bowl
