Preheat the grill
Aquench the grill
Assemble the skewers by alternating broccoli with cheese and zucchini
Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and olive oil

Wrap the skewers in aluminum foil and place on the grill for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through

Remove the foil and continue grilling for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is lightly golden
