juice from 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Clean the shrimp
Drain the pineapple chunks and olives
Alternate placing the shrimp, pineapple, and olives on skewers
Mix together the butter, lemon juice, and seasonings
Brush the shrimp with this mixture
Grill over medium heat for 5 minutes, flipping occasionally and brushing with remaining melted butter
Serve hot.
