1 Namorado fish of 1 kg (or Cod, Pollock, or other white fish suitable for grilling)

anchovy fillets
2 tomatoes, cut into slices
1/4 cup of black olives, pitted
1 cup of white wine
chopped fresh parsley

Grease a baking sheet with olive oil
Chop the onion and garlic and sprinkle on the baking sheet
Arrange the fillets
Mix a little all-purpose flour with salt and pepper and sprinkle it over the fish
Top the fish with anchovy fillets, tomato slices, and black olives, and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
Drizzle white wine over the top and bake in a hot oven (200°C) until the fish is cooked through
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve
