6 slices of bread crust removed and cut into triangles
3/4 cup of fresh Minas cheese, cubed (150g)
1 box of frozen spinach cream
4 eggs separated
salt and pepper to taste

Thaw the spinach cream according to the package instructions
Grease a 20x20cm square baking dish
Arrange the bread triangles at the bottom, overlapping them slightly
Sprinkle with cheese
Cover with thawed spinach cream
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and spread over the spinach
Make 4 indentations in the egg mixture and place the yolks there
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, or until the yolks are cooked and lightly browned, then cut into 4 portions
