Lightly grease a large skillet with two tablespoons of olive oil and heat it over medium heat
Add one crushed garlic clove, three slices of smoked chicken breast, diced, salt, and black pepper to taste
Mix until the garlic softens and the chicken begins to brown (this takes about 2-3 minutes), add a quarter of a handful of spinach
Mix until the greens are completely cooked (also about 2-3 minutes).
