1 slice of Italian bread
2 quail eggs
1 pinch of dietetic salt
Black pepper to taste

Fry the spinach in its own juice, together with the garlic
Brush the Italian bread with light margarine and toast it in the oven
Place the spinach on top of the bread, creating two cavities where you will nest the raw quail eggs
Season with dietetic salt and black pepper to taste
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
