Cut the pork belly cutlets into pieces
Wash the pork ribs with water and lemon juice
Mince all the seasonings, combine any remaining lemon juice, and season the meat
Place in a pan and heat over low
Fry, stirring occasionally, until golden brown
Add water as it cooks, and simmer for 4 hours.
