1/2 cup boiling water
1 package of strawberry or raspberry gelatin
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup boiling water

1 cup crushed ice
Place the boiling water and gelatin in a blender cup
Cover and blend for 5 seconds, until the gelatin has dissolved
Add the crushed ice and blend for 20 seconds, until the mixture is smooth
Pour into individual serving cups
Refrigerate for 6 minutes
Serve 4 to 6 portions
Optional: Add a banana and blend with the crushed ice.
