Place the boiling water in the blender, add the gelatin and blend for two minutes
Without stopping the blender, add the ice and blend until a homogeneous mass forms
Remove from the blender, distribute among glasses, and refrigerate for five minutes
Decorate with whole raspberries and serve immediately.
