Remove excess fat from the meat
Slice into thin strips
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan; brown the beef
Add 2/3 cup of water and mushrooms with liquid
Combine the contents of the onion soup packet and mix well
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat
Mix in cream with flour, then add hot mixture
Cook while stirring until the sauce thickens slightly
Serve over rice
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
