500 g of strip loin cut into strips
1/4 cup (chopped) of butter
1 onion diced
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of ketchup
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tomato peeled and diced
1 cup (chopped) of mushrooms drained
1 can of cream
Salt to taste

Melt the butter and sauté the onion until it's translucent
Add the beef and season with salt
Brown the beef on all sides
Add the mustard, ketchup, black pepper, and tomato
Cook until a thick sauce forms
If needed, add warm water gradually
When the sauce is thickened and the beef is tender, add the mushrooms and cream
Sauté for 1 minute and remove from heat
Serve immediately.
