Mix the flour and yeast
Add the butter in small pieces and mix with your fingertips until a crumbly texture forms
Add the Parmesan cheese, ham, and red pepper flakes
Mix well
Add all the milk at once and mix until the dough forms a ball
Divide into two parts
Roll out one part on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick
Cut into rectangles of about 6 cm x 3.5 cm
Place in an ungreased baking dish
Repeat with the remaining dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 8-10 minutes
Serve with ricotta cheese and oregano
Let stand for about 18 days.
