6 pieces of fried and crumbled bacon
6 tablespoons of hot sweet catchup

Spread butter on the bread slices
Place in a preheated oven, to toast, for about 5 minutes
Drain the green corn, mix with grated cheese and pancake mix
Distribute over the bread slices
Place in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with bacon and top with hot sweet catchup
Then serve.
