1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Place the can of sweetened condensed milk in a pressure cooker with enough water to cover it
Cook for 30 minutes after the pressure starts
Wait for the pressure to release, remove the can and let it cool completely before opening
In a bowl, mix together the cooked sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, brandy extract, whipped cream, egg whites, chopped pecans, and dark chocolate chips
Distribute among six individual serving dishes or transfer to one large dish
Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
Serve well chilled
If desired, garnish with additional chopped pecans and dark chocolate chips.
