Cut the sausages into slices and season with salt and pepper
Melt the butter or margarine in a small pan, add the flour and stir until smooth
Spread this mixture over the sausage slices and sprinkle with parsley
Arrange the sausage slices in a baking dish, overlapping slightly
Cover with 1.5 cm of beef broth
Roast in a moderate oven (170°C) for 1 hour or until the sausage is tender
Serve hot.
