1/2 cup finely chopped onion

2 slices of leafy bread

Sauté 1/2 cup finely chopped onion and 1 clove of garlic until they are golden brown and soft
Add 1/4 red bell pepper, 1/4 green bell pepper, and 1/4 green pepper, seeded and chopped
Sprinkle with oregano
Let it simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften as well
Add 150g fresh mushrooms, sliced, and cook for another minute, stirring well to combine the mushrooms with the other vegetables
Place the mixture over 2 slices of leafy bread and roll them up, forming wraps.
