2 cups of cooked black beans
500g of raw cassava flour
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 linguiças defumadas, sliced
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a medium pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent
Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes
Add the sliced linguiças and fry until golden brown
Gradually add the cassava flour, stirring with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir in the cooked black beans
Parsley to taste, serve immediately with meats of your choice
