In a pan, brown the beef with oil, garlic, and onion
Add the tomato, red pepper sauce, and salt
Let it cook for 10 more minutes
Then add the currants and set aside
Mix the potato with egg, butter, salt, and flour
Make small balls with 2 tablespoons of the mixture, shape them with your hands, and fill each one with a tablespoon of mashed beef
Close the balls, coat them in pancake mix, and fry some at a time in hot oil until they're lightly browned
