8.8 oz of butter, softened
1 large onion, finely chopped
Garlic, well-chopped with salt and black pepper
A generous amount of chopped fresh parsley
1 or 2 packages of yellow cornmeal, previously moistened in warm milk (should be quite wet)
8.8 oz of ham, finely chopped
1 package of pitted prunes, finely chopped
8.8 oz of chopped nuts (without shells)
1 serving dish of grated cheese
1 or 2 cans of peas
Green olives, finely chopped
A handful of dried cranberries

Sauté the onion, garlic, and parsley in butter until softened
Add all remaining ingredients to the pan, stirring slowly while adding warm milk and more butter if needed, and a good amount of the fat from cooking the pork ribs
It should reach a thick consistency and should be prepared almost at the time of serving.
