Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot)
Place the butter in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 10 minutes, until melted well
Gently whisk together eggs and milk
Soak bread slices in the egg mixture, place them in the baking dish with butter and flip them over
Distribute banana slices on top of the bread and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove from oven, let it cool and serve
