1 ripe papaya
1 package of lemon-flavored diet gelatin
1/2 cup (about 4 oz) hot water
1/2 cup cold water
1 ripe papaya

Cut the top off the papaya
With a spoon, carefully remove the seeds from the fruit without piercing the skin
Set aside
Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water and add the cold water
Stir well and refrigerate until it reaches the consistency of egg whites
Pour the gelatin mixture into the papaya and refrigerate, leaning against a container so it stays upright
Leave the gelatin to set completely for about 4 hours
Remove from the refrigerator and cut the papaya into slices
Serve immediately.
