3 cups of oats in flakes

4 tablespoons of honey

1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
2/3 cup of dried raisins

Mix all the ingredients, excluding the raisins, and spread them out on a baking sheet measuring 33 x 22 cm without greasing
Bake in a moderate preheated oven (170°C) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally
Remove from the oven and add the raisins
Let it cool completely
Store in an airtight container in a cool place or refrigerator
Serve as a snack or with milk for breakfast
Yields 6 servings.
