Wash the beans and put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker, except for the garlic and 2 tablespoons of oil
Cook at high heat until the pressure is reached
Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes
In a medium pan, sauté the garlic in the remaining oil
Add the beans, season, and let it cook at low heat until the broth thickens
Check the seasoning
