1/2 kg of beans

1/2 kg of fresh chorizo sausage, cut into slices

Cook the beans until they are tender
In a pan, heat three tablespoons of olive oil, sauté the garlic and add the beans
Let it cook until the broth thickens
In another pan, heat the remaining olive oil and caramelize the onion
Set aside
Fry the chorizo sausage and bacon in the same pan
Set aside
Grease a baking dish, layer half of the beans, then sprinkle with cassava flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and cilantro
Top with the remaining beans and cassava flour
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
Serve immediately with rice.
