Cook the black beans in boiling water
Soak the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they start to brown
Add the thyme, parsley, and oregano and stir well
Add the cooked black beans with their cooking liquid
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes
