In a pressure cooker, cook the beans in low heat with the water for 25 minutes, starting from when it starts boiling
Drain and reserve 9 cups of broth
Fry the garlic in olive oil until it starts browning and pour over the beans
Season with salt, add paprika, coconut milk, and reserved broth
Blend everything in a blender
Return to heat and let simmer until it thickens slightly
Check the seasoning and serve hot.
