Cook the beans in a large pot without breaking them up
DRAIN IN A SIEVE
In the same pot, add oil and slightly fry the bacon
Add the seasoning and onion, stirring constantly
Fry the eggs separately, stirring until they are well broken

Finally, add the cassava flour, mixing lightly
