4 slices of bacon
1/2 kg of beef cutlets
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1/3 cup of chopped green pepper
1 can of peeled tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Fry the bacon until it becomes crispy
Remove the bacon
Drain excess fat, leaving 3 tablespoons
Dredge the beef cutlets in wheat flour
Bread the beef cutlets in the remaining fat from the frying pan
Add the remaining ingredients, excluding the bacon
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
Garnish with the crispy bacon
Serve in 4 portions.
