Cut the chicken breasts in half
Fry with half the butter or margarine
Remove from the pan and add the remaining butter or margarine
Add the cut peppers, onion, and fry for 5 minutes
Mix in the wheat flour, salt, and black pepper
Stir well
Add the chicken broth gradually, stirring well
Add the bay leaf, cloves, and fried chicken
Cover and simmer slowly for 15 minutes
Remove the bay leaf
Sprinkle with parsley
Serve with rice
