500g of pork chops cut into thin strips
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
5 soup spoons of soy sauce
to taste: salt and black pepper
3 soup spoons of soybean paste
2 soup spoons of red wine or sherry (or Madeira if preferred)
200g of onions cut into rings
1 cup of beef broth
1 green and 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
200g of cabbage cut into thin strips
150g of soybean sprouts (optional)
500g of pork chops cut into thin strips

Dust the pork chops with flour
In a pan, heat the oil
Fry the pork chops on all sides
Remove from heat and season with salt and black pepper to taste
Keep warm
In the pan, add the soy sauce, red wine or sherry, onions, beef broth, green and red bell peppers, and cabbage
Simmer for 10 minutes
Add the soybean sprouts (if using), pork chops, and simmer until hot
Serve immediately
