4 filet mignon steaks (about 500g)

1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon green peppercorns
1/2 cup water

Season the filets with garlic and salt
Set aside
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Fry the filets in the butter until they're golden brown on both sides
Remove from the skillet and set aside
In the same skillet, add green peppercorns and water
Scrape the bottom of the skillet with a wooden spoon
Add heavy cream and stir until heated through
Serve hot with the filets
Serve 4 portions.
