60g all-purpose flour
1/2 cup beer
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
5-6 tomatoes
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Heat oil in a frying pan
Peel the onions and cut into rings
To make the batter, mix flour, beer, egg, and salt to taste
Mix until you get a smooth batter
Add 1 tablespoon of oil
Beat the white part of the egg until it becomes frothy and add it to the previous mixture
Coat the onion rings in this batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown
Drain well
Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices
Heat butter or margarine and fry the tomato slices
Place the fried onions and tomato slices on top of the beef cutlets
Season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
