1/2 cup of beef broth
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 (can) of Worcestershire sauce
500g of beef tenderloin cut into strips
150g of pea roll cleaned and cut in half
4 green onions chopped into 1cm pieces
2 medium onions sliced into thin rings
1 medium carrot grated coarse
Salt to taste

Put the butter and olive oil in a wok

Bring to high heat

Add the onion and pea roll and sauté for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft

Remove the onion and peas from the pan. Reserve

Place a small portion of meat into the pan, stir vigorously, for 1 minute or until browned
Repeat the operation until all the meat is used up

Return all the meat to the wok, add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion, carrot, peas and salt
Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Taste and serve.
