1/2 cup of beef broth 2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
500g of mignon steak cut into strips
150g of pea torta, cleaned and cut

4 green onions, chopped into 1cm pieces
2 medium onions, cut into thin slices
Roughly grate 1 large carrot
Salt to taste

Fry the meat in batches so it doesn't create excess liquid
Put the butter and olive oil in a wok
Bring to high heat
Add the onion and pea torta and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft
Remove the onion and peas from the pan, reserve
One small portion of meat at a time, fry it, stirring vigorously, for 1 minute or until golden brown, repeat this process until all the meat is cooked
Return all the meat to the wok, add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion, carrot, peas, and salt
Let it simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Taste and serve
