60g of melted Gruyère cheese
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
a pinch of black pepper

Place a slice of ham over each chicken breast fillet
Divide the cheese evenly among the four slices
Roll the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks
Melt the butter or margarine
Mix the flour with salt and black pepper
Dip the rolled chicken in melted butter, then coat with seasoned flour mixture
Place in a greased baking dish
Bake in a hot oven until golden brown, about 30-40 minutes
