2 3/4 cups of wheat berries (500g), soaked overnight

2 medium onions, chopped
100g of crispy bacon, diced

In a pan with olive oil, fry the onion and bacon until golden brown
Add the tomato and chicken, seasoned with salt
Cook until boiling
Add the wheat berries, reduce heat, and cover the pan
Cook until mushy but not dry
As it cooks, add a little water to form a sauce
Add parsley and serve
