Peel and grate 1 large sweet potato and mix with 2 eggs (2 whites and 1 yolk) and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour, seasoning with onion, salt, ground nutmeg, and Worcestershire sauce
Heat a large non-stick skillet with a little olive oil and cook separately 2 chicken burgers and the sweet potato mixture, shaping it to follow the same format and size as the burgers
Next, sauté some asparagus and serve with the rest.
